We work with architects, designers, trade partners, and clients who value quality, thoughtful design, and personal service. Together, we create distinctive home designs on sloped lots, carefully shaped around the land, the views, and the people who will live there. Because we work as a boutique builder, we choose projects carefully and give each one the focus, time, and creative attention it deserves.

We create custom modern houses with a distinct architectural identity – homes shaped by light, proportion, materials, views, and the way each family lives. Our approach to architecture on slopes is craftsmanship and practical layouts to create distinctive home designs on sloped lots.
Steep lots, narrow sites, rocky terrain, protected trees, and difficult access are where our experience matters most. We understand the engineering challenges of slope building, from soil stability and site access to building foundations on a slope, retaining walls, and water management. We apply the best practices for slope building to turn challenging land into a safe, comfortable, and beautifully designed home. For us, a difficult site is not only an engineering challenge, but it is also a chance to create a more original, site-specific home.
Every hillside project requires careful decisions, from suitable foundation types for sloped land and sloped building drainage to window placement, tile transitions, hardware, and finishes. Craftsmanship is visible in the details you notice every day: how a door closes, how light enters a room, how materials meet, and how every finish feels over time. As a custom home builder, we source high-quality materials, systems, and construction technologies from trusted partners around the world to create homes with lasting quality, comfort, and character.
Building houses on a slope requires careful planning from the foundation and drainage system to the final finish. We stand behind every home we build with Art Village’s personal 3-year warranty and long-term support after move-in. Our team stays available 24/7, 365 days a year, ensuring every request is heard and every concern is assessed within 24 hours. Because a custom home deserves more than quality construction – it deserves care, responsibility, and support for years to come.
Art Village is a boutique custom home builder creating warm, modern homes with character, precision, and a deep respect for the land. Every project is shaped around the people who will live there: their rhythm, their taste, their routines, and the way they want home to feel, with personal service guiding each step of the process.
