This mixed-use industrial project paired 6,000 sq ft of modern office space with 14,000 sq ft of dedicated production facilities under one roof. The layout was designed to bring administration and manufacturing together on a single site streamlining workflow between the office and the production floor while giving the business room to scale both functions as it grew.
